I’ve come to see that, like most things, weight loss is one of those things that you have to fail a lot at before finally succeeding. Like many others, I was won who looked for and tried every get skinny quick scheme that came to light only to find out that they never worked. I tried everything from starving myself to trying to vomit (which never worked) to cleanses to diet pills. I looked at tons of websites and read a thousand reviews, like appexit reviews. Now that I’m older and have tried the only thing left to try, I’ve concluded that the only way to lose weight is diet and exercise. Nothing else works. Period. I’ve lost over 40lbs. Obviously, I’m not an expert because now I can’t seem to stick to it but it worked for me. You just need the motivation and the determination which, of course, I lack. I want to try and begin again because it’s really not hard. It’s just a pain in the ass to count calories and I’m too lazy to work out. That’s the problem, though, and I really need to work on it.
